NE Group continues to achieve milestones at ICE 2024.

And just like that London’s ICE365 story finishes before the next chapter moves onto Barcelona in 2025. NE Group signed off in London in style where the company experienced a whirlwind of success, marking a major milestone.

One highlight was announcing the WA Africa project, a true Joint Venture between NE Group and B2B platform provider WA Technology to offer localised omnichannel platforms integrating mobile, retail and online provisions, supported by a specialised team for the African market. This venture launched to great fanfare and instantly paid dividends with the unveiling of a first joint deal with SupaBet, focusing on the African market. News of the tie-up the day before ICE365 ensured there were a number of productive discussions with the promise of more thrilling developments in the not too distant future.

Gambling Insider, a leading iGaming publication, interviewed NE Group’s CEO Imran Bukhari, and WAT’s CEO, Tim Scoffman so the pair could share more about the partnership’s massive potential to revolutionise the African gaming scene. Another notable moment was the launch of our enhanced sports-themed Football Crash Game, Defender. It has garnered support by operators and aggregators alike. Closely following this launch was the introduction of the first-of-its-kind Crash Lotto, a new venture into the lottery space that’s already piquing plenty of interest.

Our proprietary portfolio has grown significantly in recent months following multiple deals for NE Games. Two big deals were with 888 Africa and Supabet, illustrating our growing influence in the gaming world. Clients have been incredibly positive with feedback from the games, including BetCorrect and Yanga Sports to consolidate the impact and strength of our offering.

This feedback energises the team to double down on our commitment to innovation and excellence. During ICE we also were able to advance some of our important B2B relationships, particularly with EveryMatrix and FSB Tech to deliver front-end solutions tailored for the African market. This collaboration signifies a leap forward in our mission to heighten player experiences across the continent. The positive reaction from games aggregators was particularly pleasing, setting the scene for new game launches.

Recent results the company experiences is testament to all the hard work undertaken in the background. NE Group is on an exciting path in 2024, driven by innovation, expansion, and partnerships that will reshape gaming in Africa and beyond.
