We are looking for a Senior Product Owner, who can envision, define, and lead growth roadmap for our high velocity online gaming/entertainment business. You will be part of a dynamic team who will fully own critical business areas with clear responsibility of ensuring delivery of product vision and business strategy aligning to long term business needs.
We expect you to showcase strong data drive while decision making, strong inclination towards experimentation over calculated hunches and impeccable ability to think and drive long term growth initiatives rather than short term tech hacks.
Measure and analyze product metrics, operator, and player's needs, and carve business opportunities to shape our product portfolio with new feature set and improve user experience.
Ability to deploy strong data driven skills while prioritizing requirements and preparing long term roadmaps in a complex business environment involving operations, tech and business stakeholders.
Should be able to drive frugal innovation with a strong focus on experimentation.
Should be able to create scalable and flexible solutions that gives enough room for operations/live services team to create customized experiences.
Determining the product design & development effort and negotiating the launch timeframes with development teams.
Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product and collate requests from both internal and external requestors.
Conduct research on markets and competitors.
Create functional and UI specifications/design documents, business cases and wire frames, conduct reviews with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications/design during the software development and implementation phases.
Interface with all relevant stake holders to drive timely, seamless, and successful rollouts/launches.
Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various features performance and report key findings.
Be the first point of escalation for any product related problems/queries.
Evaluate new product opportunities from an audience and technology perspective.
Analyze internal systems and recommend software enhancements to improve productivity.
Create and maintain relevant product documentation for various internal customers.
B.E/B.Tech. MBA is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Minimum professional Experience of 4+ years in ecommerce or online gaming Product Management
